Access your Naluri Food Journal in 5 easy steps:

Open the 'airasia' app and click on the 'Naluri' banner or Go to "Naluri Food Journal" under Account on the airasia app.

Click 'Get Started' when the Naluri pop-up appears'.

Allow Naluri access on your device.

On the Naluri Food Journal homepage, click the '+' sign to upload a meal.

To access Naluri again, select Naluri under the 'mini-apps' feature under 'Account'.

Now get started to upload your first meal:

Take a photo of your meal or upload an existing one from your Camera Roll.

Tell us what you ate. You'll receive an instant rating of Good, Moderate or Poor.

Yay! You've logged your meal. You may also choose to 'Add another meal'.

      With every meal entry you log, you’ll receive customised feedback from professional dietitians who will evaluate your meal and give you nutritional advice for long-term health improvements.

  • 2. How do I use the Naluri Food Journal?

      Take a picture of each meal and upload it to the Naluri Food Journal. The app does the rest! You’ll receive a simplified rating of your food choices to motivate you to make healthier choices, and a dedicated professional dietitian will deliver personalised diet and nutritional advice to help you achieve your health goals.

  • 3. How do I add meals in the Naluri Food Journal?

      To add a new meal log, simply snap a picture of your meal or choose a picture you’ve already taken from your phone’s photo gallery and upload.

  • 4. What do the colours mean - red, yellow, green?

      Your dietitian will assign every meal you’ve logged with a specific colour based on how healthy your meal is. Green means Good - you’re on the right track. Yellow means Moderate - there’s room for improvement but your choices are generally fair. Red means Poor - to reach your health goals, you may want to implement some changes with your dietitian’s advice.

  • 5. I forgot to upload a photo of my meal - can I still include it in the Naluri Food Journal?

      Of course! As long as you’ve taken a picture of your meal prior, you can upload it to the Naluri Food Journal at any time.

  • 6. How much does the Naluri Food Journal cost?

      For a limited time, the Naluri Food Journal is complimentary for all airasia.com app users.

The Naluri Food Journal aims to be inclusive. However, this product should not serve as a replacement to your healthcare provider and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical illness or psychological disorders. Through the Naluri Food Journal, you will only receive coaching in personal motivation, diet, and nutrition where applicable.

You agree that Naluri shall not be liable to you or your beneficiaries for any loss, claim, costs, expenses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of and/or reliance of the Services, whether arising from the negligence, default, act or omission of Naluri and/or its affiliates and their respective employees, officers, contractors and agents.

You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naluri and its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, contractors and agents from any liability, loss, damage, claim, cost, expense or damages that Naluri may suffer or incur as a result of, in connection with or arising out of your participation in any event or activity by Naluri, and/or use of the Services.

By proceeding to use the Naluri Food Journal, these terms and conditions will both govern you use of the Naluri Food Journal and form part of the contract between you and Naluri.

I acknowledge and agree that by registering an account with Naluri, I am granted permission to use Naluri’s “Services” which means, among others, being able to access any training, coaching, or consulting sessions provided by Naluri, and to make an appointment and communicate with Naluri coaches through chat, call or video call by using the features in Naluri’s website, mobile application and/or any third party platform.

I acknowledge that while Naluri’s personalised digital health program aims to be inclusive, this product should not serve as a replacement to my healthcare provider and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical illness or psychological disorders.

I acknowledge and agree that Naluri reserves and retains the right to video record, audio record and process all interactions. All recordings are the sole property of Naluri. Recorded interactions are used for developmental, research, analytics, improvement and monitoring purposes. Naluri may also use all or any part of the information recorded (or derivatives of such information) to improve its service, by means of processing the recorded data to train Machine Learning (ML) models that will improve our coaching. This also includes allowing Naluri personnel or third parties with technical expertise to listen to, watch, and perform analysis with or process data recorded from my video calls or recordings in connections with the Services (or any improvement thereof).

I hereby agree that in using Naluri’s Services, I shall not in any circumstance commit any of the following prohibited conduct which I acknowledge would constitute a serious breach of Naluri’s Terms of Use:-

  • use words that constitute or which can be considered to constitute verbal abuse;
  • send/transmit any obscene/disturbing materials;
  • send/transmit any materials which constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence in Malaysia or any other country;
  • use any words and/or send/transmit any materials that are discriminatory or deragatory, including on the basis of someone’s race, religion, age, gender, disability or sexuality; and/or
  • send/transmit any materials that contain a threat of any kind, including threats of physical violence.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that Naluri reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate my account at any time upon reasonable grounds, which will effectively result in my inability to use Naluri’s Services. I also hereby acknowledge and agree that in the event of any breach of Naluri’s Terms of Use, Naluri may in its absolute discretion suspend and/or terminate my account immediately without notice.
